Power Flow Yoga: 9.30am - 10.45am
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: 11.15am - 12.30pm · 1.00pm - 2.30pm · 7.30pm - 9.00pm
£15 per session £75 for 5.
No more than 6 per class, all mats and equipment provided.
1 to 1 sessions available.
Kathryn teaches vinyasa flow yoga and use asanas (postures) with a strong focus on alignment and strengthening the body. The breath is what binds the physical and mental benefits of yoga together and so it is on this that Kathryn's practice is grounded.
Yoga found Kathryn after the birth of her first child when she was looking for something close to home that could help regain her fitness. The classes gave her so much more and led to a deeper understanding of her body and how vital movement and the breath are to well-being and balance. This led to Kathryn training with the acclaimed founder of Sun Power Yoga - Anne-Marie Newland.
There is always room for fun and laughter in Kathryn's classes - she believes that yoga should speak to your heart and what does that better than a smile?
